There are eleven lessons in this course.
Exercise 1: The Mind / Body Connection
This exercise will explore what your likes and dislikes are about the body. This exercise may appear totally useless at first. However, when you explore deeper into to this exercise you may find there are emotions attached to these likes and dislike.
Exercise 2: The Six Basic Fears
This exercise will explore what your fears are. In this exercise we will learn how to move from fear to establish our rewards and move into happiness.
Exercise 3: The Mind / Body Connection (It is time to make a change)
This exercise deals with specific body illnesses that is in your family linage or you may have.
Exercise 4: The Balancing Chart
This exercise is design to balance out positive or negative events that has taken place in your life. This exercise will give you a gage to see where you are at emotionally about the situation(s). This exercise will also give you a new way of looking at the event in your life.
Exercise 5: Eating Guidelines
Food and what we eat affects everyone. These are guidelines that will help stabilize chaotic eating habits.
Exercise 6: Emotional Food List
This exercise will get you in touch with what you are eating in relationship to your emotions. The statement, you are what you eat. Should be changed to, you are what you think while you are eating.
Exercise 7: The Dualities
The conscious mind has the ability to see things in dualities such as, seeing things in a positive or negative condition. In this exercise we will write out what we feel our divine attributes and our ego attributes are.
Exercise 8: Value Systems
This exercise will help you determine where your current value systems are at. The next step is to determine where you want them to be. This exercise will help establish control in your life by setting priorities.
Exercise 9: The Spiritual, Mental, and Physical Connection
This exercise will connect you to your purpose for being here on Earth during this time period. This exercise will give some thought to aligning the spiritual, mental and physical so all three elements are working together.
Exercise 10: Unspoken Words
Imagine it is your last day on planet Earth and there is an important message you would like to leave with someone.
